Mandarin Rice and Pork Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked pork loin
  • 2 cups cold cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup diced green pepper
  • 3 green onions, including tips, chopped
  • 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 2/3 cup French dressing
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salad greens

Instructions

In mixing bowl, combine pork, rice, green pepper, green onions and oranges.

In small bowl, stir together French dressing, soy sauce and sugar. Pour over first ingredients and toss lightly. Chill.

Serve on salad greens. Serves six.
